Some of the house specialties include a savory selection of the finest steaks, North Australian lobster tail, oven roasted prime rib and a herb crusted rack of lamb.  For a deliciously different, perfect ending, choose from a variety of sweet sensations like the double red velvet cake, cream brulee or the roasted apple and raisin bourbon cobbler.  Also adding to the dining experience is an extensive wine list and a warm, inviting fireplace.  Elements provides the perfect setting for that special evening out and assures each guest a night to remember.  Our dining room will seat 180 guests and is open five days a week.  Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday, 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Closed Monday and Tuesday.
